If you find a plan that is less than or equal to these prices, it's likely that you have a good deal. You might be able to find a better deal if you're in a cheaper TDU (like Oncor), and you might not be able to get these prices in a more expensive TDU (like TNMP). Also, some plans only exist on certain deal comparison or broker sites, which can potentially be way cheaper than the above rates. Your mileage may vary.
